The Founder's Story – Two Decades of Resilience, Family & Vision

In 2005, I started Krishna Industries with a simple dream of building something of my own. I started small, but I had the determination to keep going, learn from every challenge and never give up.

With time, that one beginning grew into Krishna Polyplast and later Krishna TIA Packaging LLP. What started as an idea slowly became an organisation that today is much bigger than what I had imagined when I began.

I am grateful that our hard work has been recognised through various awards, including the 2017 Rising Leadership Award presented to Krishna Industries.

But for me, the greatest achievement is not the awards or even the growth of the companies. It is seeing my family become a part of the organisation I built. Today, my family works alongside me, and I get to see the next generation learn, contribute and carry the journey forward.

I have always believed that “Nothing is bigger than this organisation.” This belief has guided me throughout my journey and continues to do so.

I have also always believed in giving back and doing whatever I can for others. Building a business is important, but building something that creates opportunities, supports people and gives back to society is what gives the journey meaning.

I am proud of how far we have come, but I don’t believe the journey ends here.

My vision is to build these companies into an empire — one that stands strong for generations and becomes a legacy my family can carry forward with pride.
